General article and SEO content – 3 cents per word ($15 per 500 words)
Proofreading – $3 per page ***Proofreading includes proofing for grammatical and spelling errors online.***
Copy editing – $4 per page ***Copy editing includes proofreading as well as editing for style, accuracy and formatting (mild re-working of some text).***
Content editing – $6 per page ***Content editing includes proofreading and copy editing as well as editing for content (re-writing sections and adding to content).***
Developmental editing – Varies (price dependent on subject matter and length) ***Developmental editing consists of an examination of all the elements of writing, from single words and the phrasing of individual sentences, to overall structure and style.***
Kindle (.mobi) and ePub book formatting – $75 per book
Createspace and Lulu book formatting – $100 per book
Unless otherwise noted, I revert to Associated Press style for news writing, marketing, SEO content and any other online media. For literary works, I revert to the Chicago Manual of Style.
